Yes, cancellation fees apply. Your clinician dedicates their time to your scheduled appointment. Please carefully review your agreements for details regarding cancellation fees which may vary according to service. Cancellation fees are generally not covered by third party payors (e.g. school districts). These fees are not charged to clients using Medicaid or associated waivers, consistent with payor agreements.
